What’s the problem?

KTM North America, Inc. is recalling certain 2022-2023 390 Duke and 2022-2024 RC 390 motorcycles. Water may enter the throttle (e-throttle) control unit and cause it to fail, resulting in loss of drive power while riding.

What could happen?

Loss of drive power while riding increases the risk of a crash or injury.

What’s the fix?

KTM will inspect and replace the e-throttle control, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 30, 2026. Owners may contact KTM customer service at 1-888-985-6090.
